Operation

If you choose Pressonline CMS, you will have a carefully designed and elaborated wiki-like content structure ready to go, you only need to create and upload the content and figure out how to group it.

Since a separate URL and page are automatically created for each uploaded standalone content (page), they can be linked directly from another site or from outside the Pressonline CMS system. Pages are free to include text, interactive graphics, images, videos, downloadable files, and, of course, the customer’s own native or display look and feel.

Navigation between pages is also supported by internal links created by the platform’s machine-learning robot. Internal and external links can be accessed by clicking on a specific word in the explanatory text of the concept – these links are also listed separately. Whenever the title of the uploaded content is changed, a new URL is created for the glossary item, which is automatically scrolled through the entire glossary to avoid broken links.

Each content item can be grouped at the time of upload or any time after that, and the groups can be sorted into display bars. The title pages of each group also show the content of the group, as do all the terms in alphabetical order from the title page.

The content and the groupings can be freely changed and continuously improved at any time via the online administration interface of the system. The uploaded content and the data generated in the system can be downloaded from the platform anytime.

The wiki-style content structure chosen, the internal links, and the technological solutions used ensure a high degree of Google compliance of the pages created. We provide the technical operation of the system on a SaaS basis and content administration as required.
